This was a concept project for the renovation of an exterior warehouse building. The scope of the design project included the exterior building façade as well as the landscape.
The renovation design incorporated the use of white-painted wooden boards on the façade, black-painted facial boards, a simple yet elegant entrance pergola, and a carefully crafted landscape that conforms to the existing topography.
