Job Description
As an Intermediate Architect at RCA, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior architects to develop design concepts and architectural plans.
- Creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max and SketchUp.
- Conducting site visits (when required) to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Assisting in project management tasks, including coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate design ideas and project updates to team members.
- Staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and project contributions.
