This is a luxurious residential home which was planned and designed to give a beautiful, elegant and contemporary feel.
The luxurious design features a three floors including the basement. The landscape was carefully designed to maximize the building’s luxurious feel and also aimed at achieving maximum comfortability. Some of the landscape features include an elaborate green area with exotic trees, an l-shaped pool and sit-out for maximum relaxation, water feature with concrete steps and fountain and a close garage.
Both the interior and exterior of the project was designed with high quality and elegant materials and furniture to give the project a hog-end feel. Some of the materials use were black and cream marble finish for both wall and floor, the use of wood to defined some area and also has sun-shading elements and many others.
